Elementary

After Kindergarten:

“But continue thou in the things which thou has learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou has learned them.”  (II Timothy 3:14)

Once a proper foundation has been laid through the pre-school and kindergarten program, it is important to continue the training process in a wholesome, Christian environment with caring, qualified teachers.  At CBA while being prepared to face the challenges of today’s world, your children will also receive a quality education that is Christian in its philosophy and perspective.

Teaching children is more than just academics. It means preparing the total child, not only academically, but also spiritually, physically and socially with a proper base of values.  CBA builds Christian young people in concert with you as parents and the local church.

Elementary:

First grade through sixth grade is a very crucial time to build the foundational elements of education.  Students are instructed in the basics of each subject by qualified, caring faculty in a wholesome, safe environment.  Teachers use the BJU Press textbooks and teach phonics and encourage high level thinking skills.  CBA elementary teachers have on average eighteen years of teaching experience.  Bible classes, chapel, and music emphasize the core values and moral instruction that teaches students to become obedient children, excellent students, and prepared citizens.  Our students are taught to be polite, respectful, and discerning.  The success of each child is of utmost importance to the faculty and staff, and when the home and school work in concert together optimum results can be expected.
