Junior High School

Junior high students are very vulnerable having just left the comfort and somewhat calmness of elementary school and are usually thrust into a whole new world of changes.  At Calvary Baptist Academy junior high students are given a taste of activities with high school students through choir, Bible quizzing, and athletics, while helping them to acquire the proper independent study skills necessary to prepare them for high school.  Courses are designed to continue academic growth while encouraging students to strive for excellence and set their sites on higher education.  Bible classes and chapel also help students with their moral fiber and establishing proper relationships with friends, family, and other adults
